Designs.

At Creative Studioz Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom graphic design services that bring your vision to life. Each project begins with a consultation to understand your objectives, style preferences, and requirements. After this, we provide initial design drafts which are watermarked within the agreed timeframe. Our design packages typically include two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond what’s included may incur a fee which is highlighted upon quotation, and all revision requests must be made within seven days of receiving the draft.

The standard turnaround time for most projects is 5–7 business days after confirmation and deposit. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional cost with prior arrangement. A 50% deposit is required to initiate all design work, with the balance due before the delivery of final files. Please note that payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun. If a project is canceled before work has started, a refund of the deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once full payment has been received, you will own the rights to the final design. However, Creative Studioz Limited reserves the right to display completed designs in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing. Editable source files (such as PSD, AI, or similar formats) can be provided upon request and may involve an extra fee.

To keep your project on schedule, clients are responsible for supplying all necessary content—including text, logos, and images—in a timely manner, and responding to communication within two business days. Your cooperation ensures a smooth process and helps us maintain our high standard of service.

Print.

To ensure the best results, all print-ready files must be submitted in the correct format (PDF, CMYK color mode, with outlined fonts and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI). If you require design services prior to printing, please refer to our Graphic Design Policy. Once we receive your files and approve them for print, we will provide an estimated turnaround time—typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the project and quantity.

Before printing begins, a final proof will be sent to you for approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all content, including text, layout, colors, and bleed margins. Once approved, Creative Studioz Limited is not liable for any errors, as printing will proceed exactly as confirmed. Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the job has been approved and sent to print. However, if a product is damaged during shipping or there is a printing error on our part, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no additional cost.

All orders must be paid in full before printing begins. Delivery or pickup options will be discussed at the time of order, and any applicable shipping fees will be included in your final invoice. We strive to meet all deadlines, but please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Signage.

We offer professional signage solutions designed to elevate your brand and visibility. All signage projects begin with a consultation to assess your requirements, design needs, location, and material preferences. If design services are needed, they will follow the guidelines outlined in our Graphic Design Policy. Once the design is approved, a final proof will be sent to you for confirmation. It is your responsibility to carefully review all specifications, including measurements, spelling, layout, and colors, before giving final approval.

Production of signage typically takes 7 to 14 business days, but delivery and installation timelines may vary depending on the size, complexity, and location of the project. Larger or custom signage projects may require extended lead times, and we will communicate expected timelines clearly before work begins. Expedited production or delivery may be available at an additional cost, subject to scheduling and material availability.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation. Once a proof is approved and production has started, all sales are final. Creative Studioz Limited is not responsible for design or content errors that were approved in the final proof.

If installation is included, we will coordinate with you to arrange access and ensure the site is ready and safe. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or approvals. We guarantee our signage installation against workmanship defects, but are not liable for damage resulting from poor site conditions, weather, vandalism, or misuse after installation.

Due to the custom nature of signage, we do not offer refunds once production has started.

Branding

Our branding solutions go beyond logo design and visual identity—we also specialize in the production and customization of promotional products, garment branding (such as uniforms, T-shirts, and caps), packaging, signage, stationery, and other branded materials. The branding process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your business, target audience, and objectives. Based on this, we develop a cohesive brand identity which may include logo design, colour palette, fonts, and mockups for branded items.

All branding packages include a set number of revisions—typically two rounds—to ensure the final output aligns with your vision. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Once designs are approved, we proceed to the production stage for physical items like promotional products or apparel. Turnaround times for these items vary based on quantity, product type, and supplier lead times, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Rush orders may be accommodated at an extra cost, subject to availability.

A 50% deposit is required to begin design and production, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Final files and physical products will only be released once full payment is received. We ask clients to review and approve all proofs carefully, as Creative Studioz Limited is not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, logo placement) after client approval. Due to the custom nature of branded items, all orders are non-refundable once production begins. However, any errors caused by our team or defects in production will be addressed promptly through reprinting or replacement.

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your final branding designs and printed materials. We reserve the right to showcase completed branding work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are expected to provide all necessary content, such as logos, taglines, or product information, in a timely and organised manner to avoid delays.
