  • We provide professional graphic design, printing, signage, and branding solutions tailored to your business needs. Our services include logo design, marketing materials, signage production, promotional products, packaging, and branded apparel.

  • Each project begins with a consultation to understand your goals and style preferences. We then provide initial design drafts (watermarked), followed by up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft.

  • A deposit is required to start any project, with the balance due before final delivery. For printing orders, full payment is required before production begins. Payments are non-refundable once the design or production process has started.

    • Graphic Design: 5–7 business days after deposit.

    • Printing: 3–7 business days after final proof approval.

    • Signage: 7–14 business days (depending on project size).

    • Branding & Merchandise: 7–21 business days depending on product type and quantity.
      Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • All print-ready files must be submitted in PDF format, CMYK color mode, with outlined fonts and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for best results. Incorrect formats may delay production.

  • Yes. A final proof is always sent for your review and approval. Please check all details—text, layout, colours, measurements, and bleed margins—carefully. Once approved, Creative Studioz Limited is not liable for any errors or changes.

  • If an error occurs on our part or a product is damaged during shipping, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no cost. However, due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are offered once production has started or designs are approved.

  • You own full rights to the final design once payment is complete. Creative Studioz Limited may display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • Clients must provide all required materials (text, images, logos, measurements, etc.) in a timely manner and respond to communications within two business days to prevent delays. You are also responsible for reviewing all proofs before approval.

  • Yes. For signage projects that include installation, we’ll coordinate access and ensure safe setup. Clients are responsible for securing any required permits or approvals. We guarantee installation workmanship but are not liable for damage caused by weather, vandalism, or misuse after installation.
